it was a 4-star hotel in every way. stopped by starbucks to get some coffee and treats, it's next to the venue, recommend.
Our breakfast was mediocre.

It was a MODERN place to stay in Los Angeles. The grammy museum was located in the immediate surroundings.

Rooms were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet.
No mini bar in room. Blinds did not black out light completely. No bath tub. Rooftop bar that was main reason we stayed there was closed for some private event. Downstairs bar were very warm. Felt like 90 degrees. All Closed at midnight. Disappointing for a JWarriot. Also the interior designer of this place needs new eyes. Brand new. From scratch. Could have done better.

We loving in Australia, booked online as is the way these days. We specifically picked this property as the Executive package in the price included breakfast as well as drinks and nibbles in the afternoon in the Executive Lounge. When we arrived, we were advised that the Lounge would be closed for most of the stay due to the New Years and the lounge privileges would not be available to us. Despite this we were still charged the rate given as "you still get the breakfast". Aside from that it was a lovely place with friendly staff and good service. Shame their booking policy took the edge off a really nice stay.

Room upgraded at no charge! Excellent city views. Conveniently located at la live and a short walking distance to Staples Center. Lots of great restaurants surround the hotel. Short drive or cab ride to usc.

Great modern design, loved the hotel staff and hospitality.
Could not get settled in a room at check-in time. Took 6 hours to get a room and no complimentary breakfast that we were aware of.

Well overall experience was good and staff was really help full especially at concierge and front desk and beside that approach of the hotel is very easy u can walk around easily.
- Pillows r not comfertable - There was no entertainment free even the bad movies charged too much. - Internet is the basic thing in the world now and its free these days in almost all big hotels in other part of world but in states every hotel is charging for internet.

The convenience of the in-room ammenities like coffee, tea,etc. love the lobby room for its high end espressos, cocktails, ambience. The location is perfect near the Staples Center, shopping, museums, Theaters,dining, downtown. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and very professional.They were fantastic!
